Featherby provides a range of SEND provision including BRP (Better Reading Partnerships) which is 1:1 TA-led reading support outside the classroom three times a week; small group phonics support; Language Link screening for understanding in Reception with possible group support; Speech Link assessments and subsequent referrals to Speech and Language Therapy (SALT) as needed; Occupational Therapy; SALT referrals; access to Marlborough Outreach Service for Autism Spectrum Condition; and related resources and information through the Medway Local Offer. Interventions are followed in school and at home with parental involvement encouraged where applicable.
