Head Teacher's Message

At Shortstown Primary School we believe that ‘Every Child truly does Matter’ and have an unrelenting focus on raising standards in all aspects of school life, so that each student can develop their talents and be the best they can be. We expect high standards of conduct, place emphasis on inclusion, work with the local community, support local charities, and note the school’s OFSTED Good rating (2021) and various national awards. The school also operates a Preschool taking children from two years old.

Wraparound Care

Wrap around care is provided in the mornings from 7.30am to 6.00pm, Monday to Friday. Bookings are via the Magic Booking system. Places cannot be guaranteed and must be paid for before registration is accepted. No bookings can be made through emails.
