Willowpark Academy has a dedicated SEND Coordinator (SENCO) responsible for management of SEND provision. SENCO is Mrs Katrina Moran. Parents can contact via the main school office on 0161 3695699 or via [email protected]. SEND Information includes SEND Information Report (2024-2025), SEND glossary, Accessibility Plan, and links to the Oldham SEND Local Offer. The Local Offer and SEND Information materials indicate a person-centred approach with plans such as one-page profiles and targeted teaching strategies to support identified pupils with SEND.
Admission to Willowpark Primary Academy follows the Oldham Local Authority coordinated admission arrangements. The academy plans to offer 30 places at age 4 (Reception). Applications should be made via the Local Authority’s primary common application form (PCAF) online, with Willowpark listed as one of three choices and returned by the published deadline. If preferences exceed places, oversubscription criteria in the Admissions Policy apply. In-year admissions are made directly to the academy using Oldham ICAF unless the child has an EHCP. Late applications are handled after on-time applications. See Admissions Information for details.
