St James follows the SACRE locally agreed syllabus for Religious Education, focusing on Christianity alongside other principal religions represented in British society; in EYFS, learning explores similarities between themselves and others, and in KS1, pupils learn to identify similarities between Christianity and other religions through family, neighbourhood and special times.
