Headteacher Dulcie Sharp expresses pride in staff and the wider community, emphasising high expectations, inclusivity, and the belief that education should be ambitious for all pupils.

Wraparound Care

Breakfast Club: Yes After-School Care: Yes

Breakfast Club runs from 8.00am - 8.45am with breakfast served between 8.00am - 8.30am. The cost is £15.00 per week per child to be paid in advance through Arbor. Children must arrive before 8:30am if they require breakfast; if a child does not attend Breakfast Club they will not receive any credits unless they are sick and a note or phone call has been received, or the school is closed. After school care at Drew is run by Premier Education, every school day until 6pm, and bookings should be made directly through Premier Education.

Admissions Criteria

Drew Primary School is an academy and part of the Learning in Harmony Trust, which means we are our own admission authority; we have formally agreed to continue to adopt LB Newham’s Determined Admission Arrangements for September 2026. In-Year admissions are handled via an In-Year form and are usually offered within 10 days; for admission matters see LB Newham’s processes and the Fair Access Protocol; Nursery admissions are described separately.
