Welcome to Mayfield Primary School – a school truly in the heart of our community that has served the area for 70 years, expanded in 2021 to a two-form entry, joined the Cranmer Education Trust in 2016, and aims to provide high-quality education with a strong community focus and opportunities for parental involvement.

Breakfast Club runs from 8:00–8:45am and is led by Mrs Mahmood, Miss McLuckie and Mrs Shaw; Morning Sports Club runs 8:15–8:45am in the Main Sports Hall and includes football, basketball, netball, cricket, boccia/curling, dodgeball, multi-skills, tennis/badminton; Sparkles After-school Provision runs 3:00–5:30pm for Nursery–Year Six.
