Admissions Criteria

Admission is through bespoke tests and interviews at main entry points: 11+ (Year 7), 13+ (Year 9) and 16+ (Year 12). 11+ and 13+ tests take place in the autumn term of Year 6 (with interviews in January 2026 for 11+ and similar timing for 13+). 11+ uses Wetherby Senior's bespoke entrance test (England/National Curriculum up to end of Year 5 plus verbal and non-verbal reasoning); Quest Assessments provides the test or hosted assessments are offered if needed. 13+ uses a similar bespoke entrance test; 16+ uses a bespoke entrance exam and interview day. There are occasional places (Years 8-10; Year 9 occasionally) and a separate Occasional Place pathway. Registration is required. Offers are made after assessments and interviews, with different timelines for each entry point.

Fees 2025/2026: £10,840 per term inclusive of VAT. Music lesson fees: £320 per term for a weekly 30-minute lesson or £640 per term for a weekly 1-hour lesson. LAMDA lessons £260 per term. Most clubs and activities are included; some offsite activities or specialist equipment may incur additional charges. Residential trips are billed across two terms. 10% late payment surcharge applies.
