SEND Provision

All referrals for admission to The Evergreen Centre for speech and language needs will be via consultation with Medway Council's SEN Team and the LA Decision Making Group. Parents request a placement through the SEN Team at Medway Council, who consult with The Evergreen Centre at Warren Wood Primary Academy.
