Marlfields Primary Academy has an Admissions Policy with a published admission number of 30 for Reception. Places are allocated by the Governing Body in accordance with Cheshire East admissions and the school's oversubscription criteria, which include Looked After children, siblings already attending Marlfields, children of staff, children resident in the designated area, and pupils living nearest to the school. The academy participates in Cheshire East LA Fair Access protocol and there is a right of appeal.
