Stimpson Avenue Academy aims to provide an outstanding education with unforgettable memories. Nursery offers morning sessions 8:30–11:30 and afternoon sessions 12:30–3:30, with a lunch-time care option paid on a regular basis. Morning club runs 8:30–12:30 and afternoon club runs 11:30–3:30. Lunch-time care is paid (£3.50 per day or £17.50 per week). Free Extended Entitlement – 30 hours per week, term time only for eligible families. Eligible registrations can be completed online at the online Tax Service. Children may bring packed lunches or order a hot dinner from the school. Nursery uniforms apply. Pastoral Lead, SENCo and safeguarding leads are in place. The school has access to a Mental Health Support Team, Educational Psychologists and an EHA Coordinator. The Pastoral team offers a range of in-school and coordinated interventions to help pupils improve social, emotional and behavioural skills, and to develop whole-school practice. Enrichment and targeted support are provided to individuals or groups as needed, with family involvement encouraged and a focus on developing social and emotional skills.
Nursery offers 15 hours of free childcare per week (term time only) and 30 hours Free Extended Entitlement for families who meet criteria (subject to availability). Lunch-time care is paid: £3.50 per day or £17.50 per week to cover supervision costs. Uniform and optional paid lunch/dinner arrangements are available.
