Welcome to Green Oaks Primary Academy. The Principal, Mrs M Dunckley, emphasizes that every child is unique and the staff, children and parents work together to provide a safe, nurturing, happy and friendly community. The message highlights a relevant, creative and challenging curriculum, high expectations of work and behaviour, and partnership with parents and the community to help pupils reach their potential.
The Green Oaks Primary Academy provides for the needs of children within the 3 to 11 age range. Pupils will be admitted at the age of 3+, with Nursery admissions via the Academy’s Nursery admissions form process. Reception has an admission number of 30 places. For Reception intake, parents should apply through Northamptonshire County Council’s admissions process with a deadline (15 January 2026 for 2026 intake). West Northamptonshire local authority coordinates in-year admissions and applications should be made online to their admissions website. If a parent’s or carer’s application is unsuccessful, they have the right of appeal to an Independent Appeals Panel. The policy also notes that Nursery admissions involve completing the Academy’s Nursery admissions form, and provides information about appeals and the in-year process.
