Curriculum Highlights

September 2021: Introduction of Curriculum by-the-Sea. May 2024: Launch of a new Curriculum page to highlight Curriculum-by-The-Sea in more detail. Curriculum by-the-sea fosters a sense of belonging and aims for pupils to be curious, confident, communicative and collaborative learners. Curriculum uses Anchor Qs, knowledge organisers and ‘Spines’ to structure learning and support recall. The curriculum adapts with changing tides to be fit for the 21st century and beyond. Pupils are encouraged to take the helm and the crew (teachers and parents) help navigate the learning journey.
