SEND Provision

SEND and Inclusion: Named SENDCo is Hannah Bott; in her absence contact Leanne Ruddock (Headteacher). SENDCos consult and liaise with staff, parents and external agencies and appropriate professionals and voluntary bodies. They try to ensure that support is coordinated and targeted appropriately, and that all are informed and updated about children on the SEND register and understand how best to help. If you wish to discuss your child’s educational needs or have any concerns regarding SEND, please contact Mrs H Bott (SENDCo) or Mrs L Ruddock (Headteacher & SENDCo). SEND Information Report, Local Offer, Bradford Matrix of Need available (PDFs linked).

Admissions Criteria

Harden Primary School is a one form entry school with a admission number (PAN) of 30 per year group and a current roll of 210. Each September 30 children are admitted into Reception. Admissions are handled by the Local Authority. If more applications than places, siblings living at the same address (and on roll by 1 September) are prioritised; otherwise places are offered to those living nearest to the school (as the crow flies). In-year admissions follow the Local Authority scheme (Bradford Council). Admissions Policy documents for 2024-25, 2025-26, and 2026-27 are available.
