Wraparound Care

Breakfast Club: Yes

Breakfast Club (Term time) runs from 8:00am in Heart Space; Breakfast Club (During school holidays) is available at Dawley Town Hall (Mon-Thu 9-11am) and Old Park Primary (Mon-Fri 9-11am); a free healthy breakfast is provided; pancake making, baking and craft activities are available depending on the season; children must be accompanied by a parent/carer.

SEND Provision

Early Help Offer includes Breakfast Club, Free School Meals, Attendance Support, SEMH interventions, Emotional Support Referral, referrals to SENDIASS, signposting to BeeU (CAMHS), Young Carers support, Telford Crisis Support, Dawley Food Bank, transport assistance, and SEP signposting; referrals to health and safeguarding services as needed.
