Curriculum Highlights

The Marine Curriculum is comprehensive and knowledge-based with clear progression and learning goals across the National Curriculum. Knowledge organisers, bespoke work booklets, and resources written for each subject and year group. Trips funded by the Academy, six times per year (fully funded). Curriculum is taught with cross-subject connections through themes; learning has context and links to the local area/history. Curriculum emphasises international mindedness and aims to develop culturally aware, globally minded citizens.
