Admissions Criteria

All admissions require an Education Health and Care Plan (EHCP); admissions come via the Local Education Authority; Places are extremely limited; Admissions are based on informal interview, full assessment and meeting with the team; Beech Lodge accepts children who would benefit from a high teacher/pupil ratio and small class sizes and may require specialist teaching or access to therapeutic interventions; The school cannot cater for children who require constant individual supervision or have very aggressive, violent or sexualised behaviour.
