SEND Provision

Neale Wade Academy is committed to supporting learners with a range of Special Educational Needs and/or Disabilities. The SEND provision is person-centred, developed in partnership with parents and professionals, and delivered by a team of specialist teachers and teaching assistants to remove barriers to learning and enable learners to achieve success and build confidence and pride. The approach includes an overview of SEND categories (Communication and Interaction, Cognition and Learning, Social, Emotional and Mental Health, Sensory) and aims to provide a safe, nurturing environment that supports reintegration into mainstream lessons where possible.
