Lift Feversham provides for four main areas of special educational needs: Cognition and learning, Social, emotional and mental health, Communication and interaction, and Sensory and/or physical needs. A SENDCo coordinates support; pupils with medical needs have Care Plans compiled in consultation with parents and school staff; medicines are administered in school with signed parental consent; a Speech and Language Therapist and Educational Psychologist work with the school; the Local Offer and SEND policies are available.

Lift Feversham is the admissions authority for Lift Schools. Applications are made via the local authority’s coordinated admission arrangements (Bradford). The local authority may assess for Education Health and Care Plans (ECHP) for SEN, including in-year admissions coordinated by the school, and there is an appeals process for admission decisions.
