Head Teacher's Message

Welton CE Academy is a warm Church of England primary school in Welton near Daventry. It is a small school where the aptitudes and abilities of every child are valued. Learning is at the heart of all we do, with a caring, happy and stimulating environment designed to help pupils learn, thrive and reach their full potential, underpinned by a strong Christian ethos and partnership with St Martin’s Church.

Welton CE Academy’s SENDCo is Mrs. D Fahy. As of September 2025, 13 children receive SEND support. Staff are trained in Read Write Inc. Phonics, Talk for Writing and Effective Maths, with Teaching Assistants providing 1:1 and small group interventions in addition to in-class support.
