Welcome to Lift Newington. Head of School Mrs L Pinnell describes the school as vibrant, inclusive and ambitious, with a mission to provide an excellent education for every child in every classroom, every day.

Admissions Criteria

Lift Newington is the admissions authority; applications for places are made in accordance with Hull City Council's coordinated admission arrangements. Nursery has an admission number of 52 (two sessions per day) with no appeal for nursery places. In-year admissions are coordinated by the Local Authority. Parents may appeal the Local Authority's decisions. SEN referrals can be made and informal visits can be arranged.
