Head Teacher's Message

Head of School Welcome: Luddendenfoot Academy is an Ofsted Outstanding school where every child is encouraged to achieve their very best. Teaching is ambitious, engaging and designed to spark curiosity, creativity and a love of learning. The school emphasizes safety, value, and personal growth with strong partnerships with families.

Curriculum Highlights

Three broad curriculum areas: Academic Curriculum, Personal Development Curriculum, Safety Curriculum.

Wraparound Care

Breakfast Club: Yes After-School Care: Yes

Out of School Club runs from 7:30 am to 8:50 am and 3:10 pm to 6:00 pm, Monday to Friday, term time only. Morning sessions cost £5.50 (including breakfast). Afternoon sessions cost £10.50 (including a healthy snack).

Admissions Criteria

Admissions follow the local authority process. Reception admissions are via Calderdale Council; In-year admissions; Appeals. Tours are available by contacting the school.
