Headteacher Joanna James describes Redriff as a happy, inclusive school with high expectations, values-based ethos, and strong partnerships (including with the City of London Academy and the City of London Corporation) aimed at achieving outstanding outcomes for children.
Redriff provides a multi-disciplinary Inclusion Team with a Pastoral Team offering mentoring and a range of support for social and emotional difficulties, plus an in-house Speech and Language Therapist. The Therapy Team Manager leads a broader team including child psychotherapists and therapists; Unlocking Potential (UP) offers mental health support in collaboration with the school; Speak UP allows self-referral for worries; external services such as CAMHS may be involved when appropriate.
