Wirral Grammar School for Boys uses 11+ grammar school entrance testing administered by Wirral Local Authority. The admissions process requires completing and returning the Assessment Request Form by 31 May for the 11+ test; the 11+ assessments take place in the third week of September; results are notified around 21 October.
