We are a learning community that is an extended family in which all members feel secure and supported. Our staff and pupils are healthy, cared for and caring.

Curriculum Highlights

Core curriculum includes English, Mathematics, Science, Modern Foreign Languages, Humanities, Religious Studies (taught as part of PSCHE in years 10 and 11), Physical Education and PSCHE. In years 7-9, pupils study Art, Computing, Design and Technology, Drama, Food and Music. In Year Nine, pupils choose GCSEs including English Language, English Literature, Mathematics, Combined Science, a Modern Foreign Language, a Humanity and two other subjects from a broad choice. The majority of students study a core curriculum leading to GCSEs, with meaningful alternatives for those unable to access GCSE.
