SEND Provision

SEND – A Whole School Approach with Essex Adaptive Teaching Strategies and the Essex Ordinarily Available Teaching Strategies. The school uses personalised One Plan Profiles, a SEND Hub, a counsellor, an in-house Mental Health Practitioner, and a School Nurse to support pupils. Interventions include mentoring, targeted small-group or classroom support, anxiety and worry toolkit, Zones of Regulation, and various other programmes. There is a Year 6 Transition Programme for SEND, regular liaison with staff, and staff training. Contact [email protected] for enquiries. The school works with external agencies when required and provides access to occupational therapists and physiotherapists as needed.
