SEND Provision

West Hatch takes a whole school inclusive approach to students with special educational needs, recognising that the aims of the school (‘to be the best that they can be’) are the same for all students, whatever their abilities. The Learning Support Centre is the main hub of the Learning Support Team. Our support takes many forms, for example literacy, maths, reading, social and emotional skills. Every student with special educational needs is allocated a keyworker who will contact parents and arrange meetings throughout the year.
