Admissions Criteria

Admissions Policy 2025/26 applies to KS3-4 and KS5. The standard Sixth Form entry requirement is 5 strong GCSE passes including English and Mathematics, with resit places available. Applications for Year 7 can be made online. 2025/26 admission numbers are Year 7: 180; Year 8–11: 150 each. The school welcomes internal and external applicants meeting published criteria; catchment link schools include New Milton Junior School, Ashley Junior School, Hordle C of E Primary School, Bransgore C of E Primary School, Tiptoe Primary School; additional applicants from Sway, Milford-on-Sea, Burton and elsewhere are welcome. The Admissions Policy 2025/26 is available on the Policies Page. Prospectus and Arnewood Sixth Prospectus can be downloaded; visits can be arranged via the Headteacher’s PA.
