Entrance to Year 7 (Sept 2026) requires sitting a two-paper entrance test (Verbal and Non-Verbal reasoning). Verbal: 50 minutes; Non-Verbal: 40 minutes; tests are multiple‑choice and standardised. Any pupil reaching a score of 105 or above will be invited to complete the online application (Admissions+). Catholics must upload baptism certificates and certificate of practice; non‑Catholics follow the same process without the Catholic certificates. The Local Authority informs parents of allocation on 1 March; appeals process available. In-year admissions follow oversubscription criteria; sixth form admissions have separate criteria (with the 2027 entry under consultation).
