Admissions Criteria

The deadline to apply for secondary school places is 11:59pm on Wednesday, 31 October. Applications are run by local authorities. You will be asked to list the schools you are applying for by order of preference and supply proof of your address. It is strongly encouraged that you use all the preference options (at least three) and, in some areas, as many as six. You will be told what place your child has been given on 1 March – national offer day.
