The Gatehouse specialist SEND provision AV1 Robots used to support students

SEND Provision

Specialist SEND provision known as The Gatehouse; six places initially for secondary-age children with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH); part of the academy; funded by North East Lincolnshire Council; will have one lead SEND teacher, four learning support assistants and a family liaison officer; the facility will use AV1 Robots to support learning; pupils will spend 50% or more of their time at The Gatehouse and the remainder in mainstream with the ambition to return to full-time mainstream education.
