The Islamic ethos is central to the school. The academy places strong emphasis on Islamic manners, behaviour, punctuality, Islamic dress code and mutual respect for pupils, staff and parents. The curriculum includes Islamic subjects (Arabic language, Quranic Studies/Tajweed, Hadith Studies, Islamic History, Islamic Studies, Fiqh) alongside most National Curriculum subjects taught with an Islamic perspective.
Sports
After-school provision includes Madrasah from 1700–1900 and enrichment activities from 1445–1700.
SEND provision includes Quality First teaching, differentiated tasks, intervention groups, accessible learning environments, a dedicated SEND team and the SEND Information Report 2024-25.
Now enrolling for years 7–11. The academy currently accepts only female students in years 7–11, with an agreement that fees must be paid. Over-subscription criteria include evidence from a professional (GP, Consultant, Educational Psychologist or Social Worker) if applicable, a sibling already attending, and proximity of home to the academy.
For the 2024-2025 academic year the annual fee is £4,200. Fees can be paid in advance, annually or in monthly instalments by standing order. The school is a private institution with no local authority or government grants; funded by the community.
