The Headteacher emphasises high standards and aspirations, with Civitas at the centre of school culture, and states the aim that every pupil should access higher education or a chosen career and participate in democratic society.

Curriculum Highlights

Reading is at the core of the curriculum and reading across the curriculum is emphasised. Knowledge is power and lessons are designed to build a broad and deep knowledge base.
