Admissions Criteria

Dickens Heath follows Solihull Metropolitan Borough Council’s admission arrangements for reception aged children. Our school follows SMBC’s admission arrangements for reception; information about admission arrangements can be obtained from the Solihull Council admissions team or website. Reception application forms are available 12 months before start. Attendance in a school nursery does not give priority for a reception place at the same school. Children living outside Solihull Borough must apply via their home council. In-year admissions should be directed to Solihull Council Admissions Team via their website.
