Admissions Criteria

Belmont Park School is a specialist school for young people aged 11–16 with an Educational Health and Care Plan for social, emotional and mental health needs in the London Borough of Waltham Forest, with provision for up to 75 students. Admission is via Local Authority SEND consultation; if the school can meet the need, a visit is arranged. Once named on the EHCP, an admissions interview is arranged to allow initial assessments and discussion of support to ensure a smooth transition.
