Head Teacher's Message

Welcome from Headteacher Mrs Joanne Poole. Home Farm Primary is a two-form entry primary school with a nursery, described as a caring and friendly place where children learn in a supportive atmosphere, with high expectations for learning and behaviour. The school emphasizes celebrating diversity and being a central part of the community, and welcomes visits from prospective parents and other professionals.

SEND Provision

SENDCo is Mrs Halpin; Additional SEND support is provided by Mrs Jones; Inclusion mentors are Mrs Crowther and Mrs Ingham.
