Westcliffe Primary School has a published admission number (PAN) of 45 children per year group. Nursery admissions are offered in defined sessions (five mornings a week, two and a half days, or full time if eligible for the 30 free hours); extra sessions cost £15 per half day and dinner costs £2.70. Children are eligible to start Nursery in the September term after their third birthday. Reception places are allocated by North Lincolnshire Council; applications for reception are sent to nursery settings in the October before entry the following September; there are mid‑year transfer options via North Lincolnshire Council. Allocations for nursery places are usually distributed by the end of May for the following September. A published PAN of 45 means mid-year transfers are only approved in exceptional circumstances. Appeals for admission follow an independent panel process.
