"We are friends journeying with Jesus in faith, hope and trust as we live, love and learn together"
Emmaus is a joint Anglican and Catholic primary school; the first in the country conceived as such and built to provide education for Croxteth Park, fulfilling the wishes of both the Liverpool Diocese and Archdiocese; outstanding in Ofsted November 2023 and in Section 48 inspections (2014 and 2019). The school emphasises collaboration between church and school, home, and parish, and aims to provide a challenging, broad curriculum in a safe, inclusive environment with a global and ecologically aware outlook.
Headteacher Mr A Williams welcomes families, describes Emmaus as a joint Anglican and Catholic primary school, and highlights a commitment to a challenging and creative curriculum, high standards, and partnership with families and parish.
