I am immensely proud to lead NWSLC – a college that continues to set the standard for innovation, achievement, inclusion and care within further education. Our mission is to empower students, strengthen communities and support employers to thrive in a changing world. More than 90% of our students progress into employment or higher education. We were rated ‘Good’ by Ofsted, with ‘Outstanding’ for Behaviour and Attitudes and the highest possible grade of ‘Strong for Skills’.
Additional Learning Support (ALS) is available across all NWSLC campuses. We are committed to providing the highest standards of support to our learners, tailoring our provision according to the nature of individuals’ SEND, EHCP and Foundation Learning needs.
Entry requirements vary by course. Most T Levels require grade 4 in English and maths. Applications can be made online via an application portal, by email, or on paper; Interviews are informal sessions to ensure you start at the right level; Apprenticeships require employment or an employer; Higher Education applications go through UCAS.
