Admissions Criteria

Apprenticeships are open to anyone aged 16 and above. Applications are open for students aged 16-19 applying for full-time courses starting September 2026.

Financial Information

Bursaries: Available

Course fees vary. Full-time courses for 16-18 are free to study, but there may be costs for travel, equipment and trips. UK and EU students do not pay tuition or examination fees for government funded FE courses if they have not turned 19. Some courses may require fees; loans are available (Advanced Learner Loans, Higher Education Loans). A Fees Policy exists. There are bursaries and financial support including 16-19 Discretionary Student Support Fund, 16-19 Vulnerable Student Support Fund, 19+ Discretionary Student Support Fund, Free Student Meals, and various bursaries.
