Rebecca Conroy, CEO & Principal, said: 'We are delighted with our latest Ofsted report, which demonstrates that we are a GOOD and Strong college across all areas. It recognises our strong contribution to meeting local skills needs, and we are proud to see these strengths acknowledged.'
Admission is course-specific and depends on entry criteria. The level you apply for depends on your predicted GCSE grades and the entry requirements for the course you’re interested in. Applications can be made via Careers East Sussex; you can apply by post or online. Most college interviews take place at large-scale interview event dates; your final choice happens after your college interview. We recommend applying by 31 January. Course types include A-Levels, T-Levels, Professional & Technical Courses, Apprenticeships, and Inclusive Learning & Pathways. All course transfers depend on spaces. Our careers team can support progression to university, apprenticeships, work, or higher education.
Tuition fees for 16–18 learners are expected to be free; 19+ learners may be eligible for fee waivers. Advanced Learner Loans may help cover tuition for Level 3 and above. Bursaries (16–18 and Discretionary) and the Discretionary Learner Support Fund may assist with travel, childcare, and equipment. Free meals may be available for those in receipt of certain benefits. Care to Learn supports childcare costs. Unizone travel schemes and railcards may help with travel costs. Staged payments are available for course fees.
