Curriculum Highlights

T Levels are two-year technical qualifications developed with employers to ensure students gain the skills and knowledge needed for their chosen industry. They are equivalent to three A Levels and combine classroom learning with industry placements. 80% of classroom learning and 20% industry placement. A minimum 45-day industry placement with an employer (315 hours of industry experience). Study 14 core topic areas relevant to the industry. Industry placement interview with a prospective employer. Assessment includes 80% coursework and external assessment with two core exams and an employer-set project (ESP) via Pearson Edexcel. Entry requirements include a minimum grade 4 in Maths and English. Placements can be structured as one-day-per-week release, a block of nine weeks, or a combination. College attendance is 2-3 days per week.

Admissions Criteria

Minimum grade 4 in Maths and English; industry placement interview with a prospective employer.
