Saint Francis Xavier Catholic Sixth Form College is an inclusive educational community rooted in the Catholic faith with Christ at its centre. The Chaplaincy provides prayer services, times of reflection, and retreats; The Chaplain manages The Chaplaincy Base, a welcoming social space; Mass is held monthly in the Chapel; the College participates in diocesan events and liturgies; a Romero cross and a mural adorn the environment; the college emphasises Catholic Social Teaching and charitable works across curriculum.
