Welcome from Headteacher Mr P Wright. Ellenbrook Community Primary School aims to be a happy, healthy, successful school where children are nurtured as individuals within a creative, caring and safe setting. The school emphasises inclusive education, a broad, balanced and enriching curriculum, and strong partnerships with parents and the wider community to help every child thrive socially and academically.
Clubs
The Ellenbrook before school and after school club aims to offer a fun, stimulating, safe environment in a relaxed atmosphere promoting happiness, wellbeing and kindness throughout each session. Activities such as arts & crafts, construction, board games, reading and active daily challenges will be on offer. The Club will offer themed weeks and celebrations that deliver a range of multi-cultural exploration, inspiring activities and engaging team challenges that will broaden children’s learning beyond the school curriculum. Each child has the option to have breakfast and this includes toast, a variety of cereals, fruit and juices. During the after-school sessions children will also receive a warm or cold snack during this time which can vary from pizza, wraps, sandwiches, pasta, pita, veg, fruit, breadsticks, crackers and more. The EBASC will ensure they adhere to all Department for Education guidance relating to child adult ratios when club is in session. Appropriately trained staff will also ensure statutory ratios are maintained with younger children in line with the statutory framework for early years foundation stage.
