"Be Kind ~ Be Your Best ~ Be Happy"
We are a Church School belonging to the Diocese of Peterborough, proudly celebrating over 350 years of educating children in an environment where our Christian Values provide a firm foundation.
Welcome from Executive Headteacher Mr David Rosevear. The message describes the aim to provide a wide range of learning opportunities in a safe, nurturing and happy environment, notes a soft federation with West Haddon Primary School, celebrates over 350 years of Christian education, and states the motto Be Kind ~ Be Your Best ~ Be Happy.
SEN provision is delivered by a dedicated team of teachers and classroom support staff. When necessary, children may work in small groups or 1:1, with targets and strategies advised by external agencies such as Educational Psychologists. The SENCO oversaw provision and liaises with class teachers and external services.
All admissions are dealt with through West Northamptonshire Council’s online application process. The school has a Published Admission Number (PAN) of 15 for Reception. The linked area includes the villages of Clipston, East Farndon, Great Oxendon, Hothorpe, Kelmarsh, Marston Trussell, Thorpe Latimer (Lubenham) and Arthingworth, with admissions potentially from outside this area. Places are allocated first to Looked After Children, then to those living in the linked area, then to children with a sibling at the school, then other applicants; if PAN is exceeded, priority is given to those living closest to the school. Tie-breaker is random allocation.
