Miss Vicky Wills, Headteacher, welcomes visitors to Griffydam Primary School, highlighting the school’s National Forest location, motto 'Achieving Together', and commitment to providing the best education and experiences through planned projects.
Wraparound care is offered before and after school. Free Government Funded Breakfast Club from 8:15 am to 8:45 am. Breakfast Club (paid) from 7:30 am to 8:15 am (this continues onto our free breakfast club). After School Club from 3:15 pm to 4:30 pm. Late Stay Club from 4:30 pm to 5:30 pm. Children are offered a light snack (eg Toast) at approximately 4:45 pm.
Griffydam Admissions: For 2023/2024 pupils will be admitted to Reception with a cohort size set for 15 children. All admission applications should be made through the Leicestershire Local Authority website. Appeals for a Primary School place must be made through the Local Authority. Admissions Policy available via Leicestershire County Council.
