Admissions Criteria

Moor Park High School and Sixth Form operates a Fair Banding admissions process with a 45-minute, multiple-choice assessment. There are five ability bands. The assessment is informal and not a pass/fail; it allocates pupils to an ability band as part of the admission process. The assessment occurs in October for year 6 students seeking a year 7 place. Applications are processed by Lancashire County Council; booking for the fair banding assessments is closed at the time of the page.
