Knowledge begins with respect for God.

We are proud to be a Church of England Voluntary Aided Primary School. The Diocesan Board of Education for the Diocese of Blackburn appoints a majority of the school governors. Pupils at voluntary aided schools follow the National Curriculum. Voluntary Aided faith schools may teach religious education according to their own faith. Our link church is Christ Church Blackburn. Our Instrument of Government, our Mission Statement, Religious Education Policy, and Collective Worship Policy are provided as part of what makes us a Church of England primary school.
