Feniscowles actively promotes diversity through celebrations of different faiths and cultures. Religious Education lessons and RSHE reinforce messages of tolerance and respect for others. The children visit places of worship that are important to different faiths to learn about different religions, beliefs and culture. There is also daily collective worship.
Feniscowles Primary School is a thriving school with a strong reputation. Headteacher Rob Andrew has led the school since September 2020. The school's vision is rooted in 'The Feniscowles Way' with values including Endeavour, Integrity, Respect, Inclusion, Safety and Forgiveness, and the motto 'Striving for Excellence'.

Feniscowles Primary School is committed to providing an appropriate and high quality education. We believe that all children, including those identified as having a special educational need or a disability (SEND) have a common entitlement to a broad and balanced academic and social curriculum, which is accessible to them, and to be fully included in all aspects of school life. As a community school, Reception admissions and in-Year Transfers are dealt with by Blackburn with Darwen Local Authority. Published Admission Number (PAN) of 420. We take 60 new children each September into Robins and Jays classes for Early Years. In-year transfers are welcome. National offer day is 16 April 2026.
