Admissions Criteria

From Nursery through Sixth Form, multiple entry points for pupils aged 3–18 across three schools. Junior King’s accepts pupils from Nursery (third birthday) to Year 8, with entry in Year 1 or 2 possible; Year 3–6 entry can be any time from Year 3 onwards; Year 7 and 8 offer a through place to The King’s School Canterbury; Year 8 (12+) may also be possible with a through offer. The Senior School accepts pupils aged 13–18, with natural entry points at 13+ (Year 9) and 16+ (Year 12). International applicants have tests at British Council and online interviews; English support available at extra cost. Admissions process includes Initial Enquiry & Visit, Registration (£120), Assessment/Taster Day, Offers and Acceptance.
