SEND Provision

DSTC provides an inclusive SEND program with identification and early intervention, uses the ‘Assess, Plan, Do, Review’ model, and works with external specialists via LIFT and the Specialist Teaching & Learning Service; it liaises with CYPMHS, IMAGO and other services, and supports transition with events such as Transition Day and Individual Health Care Plans where needed.
